These are the homes where there is no crawlspace. The home is built on a concrete slab. The plumbing is actually installed under the slab. The drain is in the dirt under the home. Before the concrete is poured, we come out and dig out a trench that falls down hill from each drain in the house, the same way they are in a crawlspace. I know it sounds a little scary, but don’t worry. The drain is tested thoroughly before any concrete is poured.
