Plumbing Solutions, LLC is committed to standing by our workmanship. Even though we take every precaution during installation, there are times that warranty items do occur, although rare. We offer a 2-year correction period on all workmanship. Standard warranty calls will be scheduled for the next available appointment during business hours. Only emergency calls are routed during non-business hours/days. Emergency calls receive priority treatment. Our warranty does not begin until the house is completed and tested by our QI team. Any party that turns on the water to a home prior to it being 100% completed and reviewed by our QI team, accepts full responsibility for any damages that may occur. Contact us today for more information about our residential plumbing warranty.

Water Leaks
For water leaks at a fixture, immediately turn off the shutoff at the fixture to prevent further damage. For water leaks on the water system or leaks that do not stop by shutting it off at the fixture, turn off the main water supply to the house. Block water from spreading to new areas of the home if water can not be stopped. Make every effort to clean up the water immediately to prevent further damage.
