“How to choose a plumber”
When choosing a plumber, most of the time your looking for the cheapest way to get your plumbing fixed. What a customer overlooks most of the time is whether the plumber is licensed, Better Business Bureau accreditation, insurance, warranties, and workman’s comp. A licensed plumber shows that he takes his profession seriously and he knows what he’s doing. Being a part of the Better Business Bureau is a plus because that means they are generally a good business. They have a trustworthy track record. Insurance is very important because if something was to go wrong, the company can cover the cost of damages. Warranties are a big seller. When a plumber gives a warranty, he covers the work he did and ensures he will fix it if it breaks or causes problems. Workman’s comp is highly underrated. If a plumber gets hurt at your house and he doesn’t have workman’s comp, the homeowner can be sued for injuries. A lot of people don’t know these things, but all of them are important when considering a plumber.
